Technical Skills FAQ’s

Q: Is there a minimum number of students required to run a class?

A: Requirements may vary by course. As a general rule, however, we charge by
the day or hour for our training programs. Consequently, the minimum
number of participants will be at the discretion of our client.

Q: What does it cost to run a class?

A: Because there are so many variables to consider, each situation is priced
separately. The variables would include such things as instructor
qualifications, travel requirements, equipment involved, cost of training
materials, facility requirements, volume of training purchased, etc. Ultimately,
this saves our clients money because the cost of the training is based on
their specific needs.

Q: If course description is not exactly what I'm looking for, can classes be "customized" to fit my needs?

A: Absolutely. If you don't see what you're looking for, we will work with you
one-on-one to modify current class offerings or even develop a "new" class
offering.

Q: Are course times and days limited to Monday - Friday?

A: No.  We offer a flexible schedule and will work with you to ensure the most
successful schedule for your company. Please call to discuss your specific
need.

Q: Where are classes held?

A: There are many options available depending on course requirements....your location, Delta College Campus or other Community Colleges Nationwide.

Q: Can I receive college credit for these courses?

A: The courses outlined in this web site are non-credited courses. Participants
receive a "certificate of completion" or Mastery Certificate.  If college credit is desired, credit by prior training can be arranged.
