A: We lead sessions all over the globe. We have recently conducted training in
North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
Q: Will you come to our site?
A: Yes. Over 90% of our training sessions are held at the client's site.
Q: If we don't have the training facilities, can we come to your facility?
A: Yes. We have training facilities available at our headquarters on the campus of Delta College.
Q: Can training materials be customized to fit our needs?
A: Yes. Our consultants will meet with you prior to the training to determine your

A: Yes. We can provide training 24 hours of the day.
Q: Are your facilitators DDI certified?
A: DDI's training program's have a measurable and positive impact on individual
and organizational performance. Our facilitators are certified in many of the
DDI series: Personal Effectiveness, Group Effectiveness, Getting Business
Results, Tactics for Effective Leadership, Strategies for Effective Leadership,
Components of Effective Leadership, Service Plus, and Maximizing
Performance. Each one of these series contains many workshops that can be
mixed and matched to meet your organization's specific needs.
Q: Are your facilitators Achieve Global certified?
A: Achieve Global is dedicated to improving business results by developing the
skills and performance of people. Our facilitators are certified in many
Achieve Global series: Learning to Lead, WorkSkills, FrontLine Leadership,
Quest, Facilitating for Results, Team Effectiveness and Team Leadership.
Each one of these series contains many workshops that can be mixed and
matched to meet your organization's specific needs.
Q: Can your facilitators become certified to lead our company-specific programs?
A: Yes. We have formed partnerships with several organizations and have
become certified to deliver their internally-developed or vendor-developed
programs to their employees.
Q: In what content areas do you lead training?
A: We provide training in personal effectiveness, interpersonal skills, leadership,
conflict management, teams, supervisory skills, coaching, problem-solving
and customer service.
Q: Do you also offer consulting services?
A: Yes, we have organizational effectiveness consultants on staff to work with
you to maximize organizational performance.
