Instructor-Led Training

• When demonstrated competencies, skills and knowledge are important to you, the Delta College Corporate Services team can develop the instructor-led training which will build in skill testing required to demonstrate a learner’s ability.
• We develop instructor-led training that is synchronous and asynchronous.
• Synchronous training is developed for traditional instructor-led classroom training or training which is delivered “real-time” through distance learning or web technologies.
• Asynchronous training is developed for instructor based courses which are delivered through the web and allows for the instructor to be a “virtual tutor” to the learners.
