Job Aids

• We develop and produce on-site support documentation to facilitate specialized or complex on-the-job tasks in multiple formats.
• We analyze complex engineering or production tasks and then develop a step-by-step set of instructions.
• We review these instructions with experts who already perform the task.
• These instructions, called job aids, are then posted near the location where the task is performed.
