Contributing to Meeting Success (2 hours)

Although meetings are a fact of workplace life, too often employees are stuck in meetings that run late, waste time, accomplish little, and keep them from their "real" work. This interactive course gives employees the skills to save meeting time, keep meetings moving forward efficiently, and commit to and follow through on post-meeting actions.

Leading Meetings Facilitating for Results (1 or 2-day workshop)

This workshop helps individuals identify the skills facilitators need to lead effective, results-oriented meetings.
Participants leave able to conduct productive, results-oriented meetings, no matter how complex the issue or
diverse the group.

Making Meetings Work - DCCS (8 hours)

This workshop focuses on the organizational and facilitation skills necessary to lead and participate in effective meetings. Participants learn the skills to develop a clear, well-defined agenda, encourage useful participation, handle disruptive behavior, and ensure follow-up on action items.

Making Meetings Work - DDI (4 hours)

The involvement of the right people at the right time is critical to the effectiveness and efficiency of an organization. Leaders at all levels need to effectively lead meetings to get things done quickly and with maximum commitment. This course gives leaders the skills they need to ensure that meetings run efficiently, generate good decisions, and result in clear action. Leaders also learn best practices for planning, facilitating, and following-up on virtual meetings.
