Developing Excellence in Self and Others (2 hours)

Excellence comes from within. Participants will differentiate the three kinds of motivation and identify eight steps to develop self-respect. They will practice criticizing the performance rather than the performer.


Foundations for Success (2 hours)

This module will lead participants to identify qualities necessary for success in any endeavor. They will discover the importance of listening and learn the three basic reasons people are not more successful.

Graduation: Go to the Head of the Class (2 hours)

Participants will develop a personal mission statement to help them achieve success. They will learn anger-control techniques, and identify value-added service.

The Goals Formula (2 hours)

Participants will determine how to define realistic goals, apply the seven steps of successful goal setting to individual and team goals, and identify obstacles to reaching goals.

The Productivity Factor (2 hours)

In this module, participants will examine productive problem-solving techniques and learn how to work more effectively and find greater satisfaction on the job. They will also learn how to assess the benefits of effort in life.

The Refresher Module (2 hours)

Upon completion of this module, participants will: identify ways to increase employment security; identify some future goals; and recognize that life's limitations are often self-imposed.

The Winner's Attitude (2 hours)

Participants will be able to relate methods for managing feelings, actions and thoughts; identify the steps for maintaining a positive attitude; and, determine ways to put more positive input in one's mind.
