Leadership Needs Analysis
The Leadership Needs Analysis consists of a variety of questions/statements relating to skills commonly needed by leaders in organizations. For each question/statement, participants rate themselves (or are rated by anobserver) in terms of importance and ability as it relates to their job.The findings will determine leadership skill level benchmarks and show skill gaps relating to their leadership skills and/or interpersonal behaviors. Customized training solutions to close these skill gaps are designed based on the results. Post-training assessments measure the training impact of the participants' skill levels. The post-training assessments are typically given 3 months after the training. Summary reports of the pre-training and post-training questionnaires are provided.
Workforce Needs Analysis
The Workforce Needs Analysis consists of a variety of questions/statements relating to skills commonly needed by workers (people without direct supervisory responsibility) in organizations. For each question/statement, participants rate themselves (or are rated by an observer) in terms of importance and ability as it relates to their job. The findings will determine skill level benchmarks and show skill gaps relating to their skills and/or interpersonal behaviors. Customized training solutions to close these skill gaps are designed based on the results. Post-training assessments measure the training impact of the participants' skill levels.
