Judith Burton, Ph.D.

Dr. Judith Burton is a seasoned and spirited trainer who tunes into the needs of workshop participants and focuses on down-to-earth skills which can be realistically applied to business and personal life.

Judith has the ability to motivate and energize others while driving results for practical application. She is skilled in stimulating a creative exchange of ideas, while providing positive support for participants.

As an effective facilitator, she encourages the growth and development of individual and collective potential…for each person and team to stretch to be the best they can be. Her professional career has provided experience in business, manufacturing, education, and service organizations in domestic and international settings.

 

Dana James

Dana James, an independent contractor, has worked with businesses and industries to design, develop and deliver quality, customized training in areas such as leadership, supervision, customer service, team building, time management, communication skills, telephone techniques as well as Microsoft application software for over 13 years.

Dana is a certified Achieve Global and DDI facilitator and a Certified Program Planner (CPP) with a specialty in contract training.

A native of Dallas, Texas, Dana graduated from Texas A&M University, Kingsville with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration after first attending TCU.

 

Judy M. Mason

Judy has worked in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Products and Chemical industries in Manufacturing, R&D, Sales, Marketing and Human Resources fields for 33 years before joining DCCS as a consultant and facilitator. She has been involved in projects with DCCS since 2002, working with chemical, financial, pharmaceutical, and consumer products companies. My focus has been on competency development, facilitation of “soft skill” courses, and development of career planning and retirement workshops.

Cindy L. Morley

Cindy has been providing learning solutions to organizations for over 20 years. Specializing in Leadership Skills, Team Effectiveness, and Interpersonal Communications, she has worked with organizations as diverse as General Motors, Saginaw Public Schools, Dow Chemical, Merrill Lynch, and Duro-Last Roofing. In her current role as Director of Operations, Cindy develops partnerships and provides leadership to our global teams. Cindy earned her BS in Business Education degree from Central Michigan University, and her MBA degree from Michigan State University. She also holds numerous certifications, including being a Master Trainer (trainer of other trainers) for Development Dimensions International. Cindy has authored the book “How to Make Meetings Work”, published by the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development. She has also co-authored a book, with Nancy Ohle, "How to Solve Typical School Problems" published in the U.S. and translated for use in Hong Kong.

 

 

Jon White

John White is currently one of our Delta College Corporate Services facilitators. He has 37 years industrial experience with The Dow Chemical Company. He was hired into the Engineer Dept. of Dow after receiving his degree in Engineering Technology from Ferris State University. John’s career was focused in Engineering, Manufacturing and Human Resource Development. He was a people leader for32 years and has extensive facilitation experience in North America, Europe and Asia.

 

Kathy Zielinski

Kathleen Zielinski has over twenty years experience in training, consulting, facilitation, and education. She has been affiliated with several firms including AT&T, Kepner-Tregoe, and the Sandy Corporation. Kathleen has a worked extensively in the manufacturing industry and a number of other industries including energy, land development, finance, and distribution. She has a strong background in performance improvement and currently focuses her expertise on Leadership Development. She is also an instructor at the DaimlerChrysler Quality Institute in the Black Belt Program. Kathleen has an undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University in Public Speaking and a Master’s Degree in counseling from the University of Michigan.
