
Position Title: Learning Delivery Coordinator
Purpose: This job exists to administer the delivery of learning courses to client employees at client sites and via virtual delivery technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Key job responsibilities include
- Provide course planning, scheduling, and administration services
- Manage waitlists for course offerings to ensure appropriate number of sessions are scheduled for each site and for virtual delivery
- Validate vendor invoices for learning services and submit for payment
- Contribute to continuous improvements by identifying and communicating cost savings and efficiency opportunities
- Generate standard reports to aid in day-to-day monitoring learning activities and events
- Provide support to learners
- Provide technical support to instructors and learners during virtual classroom sessions
Specialized activities may include:
- Coaching peers and new employees on work processes
- Providing technical support to facilitators and participants globally during virtual classroom sessions
- Administering the global HR facilitator process
- Administering the Educational Assistance Policy for North America employees
- Processing global training evaluations

Qualifications:
Education: Technical or Associates degree or equivalent experience
Experience: 3 to 5 years of office experience preferred
Technical: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools including Access, Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with Learning Management systems.
